In this episode, we take a short detour from very strictly developer or business-focused discussions and instead turn our attention to personal task management. Thomas McGee, our Video Producer, joins Jonathan to discuss the ins and outs of their morning productivity routines.
They discuss the details of their individual morning process, how they plan and execute their workday, and why having a routine is essential to be productive. They also share some tips on how to create and refine your own routine and some advice for solo makers and folks who work on distributed teams.
